Why a balance and not a charge per clip
You rarely keep the first take. A card payment per 59-cent clip would cost more in fees than the clip itself, so you add money once and spend it clip by clip. It's plain dollars at the prices on this page. Unused balance can be refunded on request.
No login
Your balance lives behind a private wallet key that your browser keeps. Every top-up receipt has a link back to it, so you can pick it up on another device or after clearing your browser.
What you can make
Almost anything. Fight scenes, monsters, fantasy, dark and strange ideas, parody. We don't police taste, and we don't water down prompts behind your back.
No sexual or nude content
Our payment provider doesn't allow sexual content for any business it works with, and breaking that rule would stop every Phoenix product from selling. Prompts and images that ask for it are refused before you're charged.
Nothing illegal
And nothing sexual or suggestive involving a child, ever. You need the right to use the image you upload, and you're responsible for what you do with the clip. Each clip's file notes that it's AI-generated.
Questions
How long does a clip take?
Usually well under a minute. The first clip after a quiet spell takes a minute or two longer while a GPU loads the model.
How long are the clips?
Five seconds at 24 frames per second, with sound made in the same pass as the picture. Tick "Make it a loop" and the clip ends where it starts, ready to repeat forever.
Can I use the clips commercially?
Yes, within the rules on this page. Phoenix Motion runs LTX-2.5, an open video model from Lightricks, whose licence claims no rights in what you make with it.
Do you keep my images?
No. Your image is deleted as soon as the clip is made, and finished clips are deleted after two days. Download the ones you want to keep.
What if I don't like a clip?
Make another take with a sharper prompt. A clip that fails or gets refused costs nothing, but a clip that was made used real GPU time, so we can't refund it because it wasn't the one you pictured.
What's a wallet key?
A private code that stands for your balance, so there's no account or password. Your browser keeps it, and your top-up receipt links back to it. Anyone with the key can spend the balance, so don't share it.
Can an AI assistant make clips for me?
Yes. In the app, click your balance, then Agent keys, and make a key with a spending limit. Connect your assistant to our MCP server with it, and it can make clips from your balance up to that limit. Setup for Claude, Cursor and others.
